Advent - What's it all about?
Advent is a special time in the Christian calendar. The weeks leading up to Christmas Day are meant to be a time of excitement and waiting, as we prepare ourselves for the great arrival of our Lord and his gifts of love, hope, joy, and peace. The reality for most of us though, is that we spend our days shopping and stressing in the days leading up to Christmas Day. Sometimes it's hard to remember what we’re waiting for.
